Comments: ShopBattery is a lifesaver. My grandson inadvertantly rendered his new computers power supply unusable. The manufacturer did not yet have a replacement part for the model. He lives in West Africa and needed the power source as soon as possilbe. In almost no time at all I located the exact part needed at ShopBattery. The overnight service was truly overnight. Thanks for keeping these things in stock - not many others were selling them, and others that were charged quite a bit more. Within just a couple of months, the laptop connector on the power supply failed, and all it took was an email from me for ShopBattery.net to ship a replacement unit to me (which has been working fine). No arguments, no lengthy explanations. Based on that positive experience with customer service, I ordered a laptop battery from them, which cost about $60 less than my laptop vendors price. The battery came in about two days and has been working fine. In addition, ShopBattery.net included more use and care instructions with their battery than my computer vendor had provided with the original laptop, so maybe Ill be able to get this one to last longer. ShopBattery.net has proven to be a very good source of laptop batteries and power supplies, with excellent customer service.
